We stayed in a King Suite. Lots of room and very clean, great balcony view. The kids loved the indoor water park. Service was excellent throughout!
Great place to bring the kids in cold or rainy weather. Only gripe is there isn't a family changing room, if you're a Dad on his own with his little girl you have to get creative with getting your daughter changed without bringing her into the men's room.
Rooms are good size, and have tiny outside porches. Food has been mostly good. The convention center is very far from rooms and on a different floor, meaning a lot of walking and only one small elevator for the elderly and disabled.
Daughter went to a friend's birthday party to swim. Only $5 during the off season. Fun time!
Good water park. Great restaurant
The water park is a lot of fun! Beautiful property. Fun for people of all ages!
This place is absolutely beautiful! The views are gorgeous and the amenities are hard to beat!
Stayed in one of their three room condos. It was very enjoyable. The room was immaculate when we arrived, and the water park area was kept up well. The only downside was how noisy guests in the hallway were, but the rooms were next to the elevators, so that is to be expected. Loved the experience and will definitely be returning.
Nice place - clean & modern rooms, friendly staff, & plenty of parking. Waterpark & outdoor pool are nice, but they should've made the Waterpark bigger when they built the place... the zero entry pool is great for the little ones, lots to see & do. Zip line is fun, but could be a little cheaper. I recommend it though, we'll be back.
Great indoor water park. Good fun for kids...reception area is great too, gym is there
Very nice family resort with a water park. It also has access to some very good restaurants!
I have a 3 year old and 2 year old that loved the indoor and outdoor pools but to be honest everything is run down. The room we stayed in had rips in the carpet... the pools had Brown stains on them...
An excellent place to bring a family! There is always something to do regardless of good or bad weather.
Seems to be a little expensive for what you get. It is showing its age just after 6 years. There are some cosmetic maintenance that need to be addressed. The decks need a good cleaning of cobwebs. We also noticed some foam insulation that sprayed in the corners of the deck that needs to be cleaned up. Most of the cookware needs to be replaced. There was obvious water damage on the ceiling from the condo above. With that being said we had an awesome time. These things did not get in the way of having fun. It was a great family vacation.
Water park was a lot of fun (again) for the kids. Pools need to be cleaned and maintained a little better IMO, though.
It was a nice place to stay. Kind of expensive. The water park is geared for younger kids.
Staying in the cabins. Each one is similar but have some differences. The water park is geared towards kids that are about 10 and under.
The pool is great, as well as the restaurants even though the restaurants take forever to get seated when there's other seats open they make you wait no matter what even if they're busy or not.
Beautiful grounds and well-appointed rooms. The staff was gracious and there were tons of amenities. We'll be back!
