Great experience super nice rooms and suites. Our boys love the indoor pool and water area. Would recommend for anyone looking for fun indoor water park.
Great place to hang out for an evening, very fun and kids love it. Confusing at the door when checking in. The hot tube police over do it.
This is one of the best resorts on the lake. Water park, spacious rooms, friendly staff. Clean, nice, fun! We will back.
Great rooms. Good amenities. Close to other places.
Lori and kaycee were both super great and very friendly... our family loves this place and would highly recommend it....
Very fun place to share with family. The 3 bedroom suite with the kitchen and living room was perfect for the 10 of us. The price per person was especially very reasonable. My grandkids and kids loved the pool. Staff was very accommodating.
I've been coming here with my family for years and we love it! Cozy rooms with big kitchen and living room area with flat screen tv and fireplace. Friendly staff, nice fitness room with everything you need, and a water park! Usually they give you a free entry pass with your room! Definitely the best place to stay
The room was great! Very nice and plenty of room. Water park was great and the staff was friendly.
Decent place to stay during the summer season with great views, I think the beds are too stiff for me but the amenities do out weight the cons
Had a great stay, very clean. The kids had a blast in the waterpark:) missed that continental breakfast though :(
Rooms are clean, average size, include fridges. Vending machines and ice on our floor, arcade was an added bonus. Obvious most people staying here are going to the "water park", which was a lot of fun for my 4yr old niece, but much older than that and it's going to be a little lackluster I think.
Went with a few friends to go swimming and had a blast! It was a great environment and the 4 year old didnt want to leave lol.
It was better than expected.Very clean and decorated beautiful. Great view and it's in an awesome location.
Bridges Bay has quality rooms that will fit any need. The water park and the restaurant were very neatly setup. Love the fitness center
Wonderful mid-winter getaway for the family. The indoor water park is plenty of fun to forget about the cold weather for a little while.
My family loved the hot tub, all of the slides (little kid and adult), and just relaxing on the lazy River. Will definitely go back if we visit again.
Our room was very nice and very clean! We had a really pleasant stay. However, room service was very loud going through adjacent rooms in the morning.
I'm staying at the resort and used the fitness facility. There was adequate equipment and the gym was very clean. Water and towels were provided. Definitely one of better hotel fitness facilities I've used.
The rooms are nice and clean. The event venue is nice with the indoor outdoor feature. Would recommend.
Stayed a 3 bedroom room for 3 nights with a bachlorette party. Was nice to have the kitchen and more room than a basic hotel room. The pool pass situation was annoying. Even though you pay a lot of money for the room and can have more than 6 people in it you only get 6 pool passes. Which are good for the whole time. Anyone else in the room has to pay 6 dollars daily.
The water park there is great! They have lots of water themed activities for kids to play or swim. It also has a poolside bar, a hot tub, and a lazy river for adults to enjoy too. I would go there to swim again anytime!
Great times, shallow pool and water park for the kids. Oddly everything closes early. But the property is close to everything and provides some really nice views.
Very fun resort for the whole family! Kids love the waterpark, and adults can enjoy the outside pool. We shot hoops for hours. Highly recommended the lakefront suites. The views are amazing from the balcony.
We stayed at the condos and had a great time. Plenty of room for our family and very well kept. The pools were nice and the kids had a great time at the water park.
The condo is amazing! Kids have had a blast in the water park & arcade. This is the best vacation our family has ever been on. Thank you to the wonderful staff too!
Most everything is great. We stayed in a condo in the Coronado building. Just don't look too close as some of the maintenance details (especially in the water park) are ignored. After multiple stays here, I have never been impressed with the lifeguards.
Very, very nice. Good views from the balconies. Asked about an interview hour late check out, not very workable.
I have never stayed in a room here but I really enjoy the $5 Sundays at the water park in the winter with my kids. It gets quite busy but it's fun to go when it's too cold out. I haven't ever been here in the summer since we opt for a beach but the outside pool looks very nice and I have heard good things.
Beautiful place to host a wedding reception. Drinks were fine and the staff friendly. Would recommend as a place to hold a social/work event.
Great place to spend time with family and cool off. Foods good and drinks great. The workers and lifeguards are nice and fun to talk to. Lots of locals to ask info and great hotel service.
Good indoor water park for younger kids. Kids 10+ will be quickly bored here. Great shallow area for tottlers and preschool kids. 12+ only hot tub was nice but not all jets were working.
Nice place. Realty nice suites. The water park is slightly above average for an indoor water park.
The rooms and the bathrooms are very cosy and are very clean, the pool was enjoyable too, but their is limited flotation devices and it seemed that everyone wanted one. So there was a wait for them... but overall a great place to go!! I can't wait to go in the summer!!????
Really enjoyed our stay here, the room was clean and the pool was fun and a great escape from the cold weather. The pizza from the restaurant was really tasty, but tiny for the price. However, we had a few issues: they accidentally gave our joined room away, so our group had to stay in two separate rooms. However they made up for it with extra pool passes and a discount. The sound-proofing in the rooms was also very poor, so the kids next door were quite loud in the morning. Overall, a good stay.
Our family's stay went very well. The suite easily fit the 12 people in our party. The pool was great and the kids had a really good time. The only negative thing was that our suite only came with 6 passes so everyone else had to pay per day to use the pool. This was kind of an inconvenience and felt like a money grab. Instead of you purchasing more passes with the room. Overall highly recommended to anyone.
We visited a weekend during the winter months. The lake was frozen over and winter games had just concluded. There were plenty of community activities still going on to enjoy in the area. The water park was simple but adequate for my family of 4's getaway. The bar in the indoor water park was great with very helpful staff! The rooms were fairly small, but clean. Overall a 4/5 experience.
We love Bridges Bay! We go every year as a family get together. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are always clean. The kids love being able to go right down stairs and swim.
Great suites. Water Park is phenomenal. Kids really enjoyed it
We rented a 2 bedroom condo. It was everything and more! The beds were comfortable and the staff was so friendly! The Waterpark was awesome and our group of 4 adults and 4 children didn't want to leave! I highly recommend staying here if you ever want to have an awesome get away!
Perfect for our family of 8. Great view if you stay lakeside.
Amazing night in a very comfortable double room. Great water park!
Rooms were great. Service was great
We stayed in a King Suite. Lots of room and very clean, great balcony view. The kids loved the indoor water park. Service was excellent throughout!
Great place to bring the kids in cold or rainy weather. Only gripe is there isn't a family changing room, if you're a Dad on his own with his little girl you have to get creative with getting your daughter changed without bringing her into the men's room.
Daughter went to a friend's birthday party to swim. Only $5 during the off season. Fun time!
Good water park. Great restaurant
The water park is a lot of fun! Beautiful property. Fun for people of all ages!
This place is absolutely beautiful! The views are gorgeous and the amenities are hard to beat!
Stayed in one of their three room condos. It was very enjoyable. The room was immaculate when we arrived, and the water park area was kept up well. The only downside was how noisy guests in the hallway were, but the rooms were next to the elevators, so that is to be expected. Loved the experience and will definitely be returning.
Nice place - clean & modern rooms, friendly staff, & plenty of parking. Waterpark & outdoor pool are nice, but they should've made the Waterpark bigger when they built the place... the zero entry pool is great for the little ones, lots to see & do. Zip line is fun, but could be a little cheaper. I recommend it though, we'll be back.
Great indoor water park. Good fun for kids...reception area is great too, gym is there
Very nice family resort with a water park. It also has access to some very good restaurants!
An excellent place to bring a family! There is always something to do regardless of good or bad weather.
Water park was a lot of fun (again) for the kids. Pools need to be cleaned and maintained a little better IMO, though.
It was a nice place to stay. Kind of expensive. The water park is geared for younger kids.
Staying in the cabins. Each one is similar but have some differences. The water park is geared towards kids that are about 10 and under.
The pool is great, as well as the restaurants even though the restaurants take forever to get seated when there's other seats open they make you wait no matter what even if they're busy or not.
Beautiful grounds and well-appointed rooms. The staff was gracious and there were tons of amenities. We'll be back!
