Brad Kringen grew up in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and moved to Marshall, Minnesota, to attend Southwest Minnesota State University.  He received a degree in Sociology, but began creating art during college. Kringen now works as an artist and has a studio in the 8th & Railroad Center in Sioux Falls.

Kringen enjoys painting with acrylic on canvas and often incorporates mixed media to convey his style.  A blend of abstract art, impressionism and expressionism can be seen in his work. He enjoys experimenting and playing with new ideas in order to create a unique painting.
